You are eligible for a full refund if:
- You request a refund within 7 days of your credit package purchase
- You have not used more than 20% of your purchased credits
- You are not satisfied with the quality of our service

Partial Refunds
If you've used more than 20% but less than 50% of your credits, you may be eligible for a partial refund calculated as follows:

Non-Refundable Items
