• Permission to temporarily store images during processing

The Service, including AI models, algorithms, and software, is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Pricing and Payment

We offer different pricing plans with varying credit allocations:

• Free tier with limited credits and watermarked outputs
• Paid plans with additional credits and premium features
• Credits are consumed per image processed
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe

By purchasing credits, you agree to pay all charges incurred. We offer a 7-day refund period as detailed in our Refund Policy.

Service Availability

We strive to maintain high service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance, updates, or other operational reasons.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PicRefine shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Interruption of business operations
• Cost of substitute services
• Any damages arising from use or inability to use the Service
